Ah, my new bread machine arrived today and I love it!  I’ll try to do a full review soon but for now I’ll just share what I made.  First I made a white rolls recipe from my Betty Crocker bread book.  Everyone went crazy for them and out of 18, there are ZERO left!  The second thing I made was a loaf of honey white bread from my new bread machine cookbook.  I intended to wait till tomorrow to cut it but I was starving and needed a midnight snack, so I cut off the bottom, put on a thin layer of Hellman’s, two slices of meunster and a whole roma tomato (sprinkled with kosher salt).  And oh my word, it was delicious!  Tomorrow I’m going to try pizza dough–we don’t have any outings scheduled until 5pm, so I plan to have an exciting day of baking, laundry and finishing the school room.  Should be fun! 🙂
