Sink organization has ALWAYS been a HUGE hot spot for me.  I never quite found a system I liked.  Simply leaving soap, sponges and other necessities at the sink edge was ruining our granite, and I was tired of trying to keep things clean and dry.  I tried various solutions over the years…things that sat over the center divider, things that suction-cupped to the side, using a cute cake plate next to the sink, etc. etc. etc.  Finally, I found an item that has been lifechanging for me!

I have this in smoke…it goes well with my countertops and sink, and I was in the mood to have it blend, although it comes in much cuter colors.  I love it!  My Dobie sponge stays dry and my soap, etc. don’t make puddles.  Best $10 EVER spent!!
